The Flight Department manages private air travel needs for companies and individuals. When you become one of our limited number of clients, you’ll need to make just one call each time you require private air travel. We will handle all logistics, serving as your personal flight department and providing three invaluable services: cost savings, travel flexibility, and peace of mind regarding safety qualifications.
We’ve created a unique formula to ensure that our clients are spending their money wisely on private air travel. We examine Guaranteed Assets, or assets our clients may already own (such as a private aircraft, fractional shares and jet cards), and compare them to Value Assets that we have an unsurpassed ability to find (such as helicopter charters, single-use charter flights and airline options). We advise our clients on the best flight option for them based on cost, time and onboard service. Then we oversee all logistics to ensure our clients have a successful trip.
Up until now, the philosophy and benefits of individual trip assessment have only been available to a few select companies with the resources for an in-house flight department. We bring those benefits to our clients, increasing efficiency and lowering costs while maintaining the highest safety and service levels in private aviation.

All flights, either chartered or jet card programs, are offered by third-party Part 135 licensed air carriers. Consulting for and the scheduling of wholly owned or fractional aircraft are regulated by either Part 135, Part 91K or Part 91. The Flight Department USA Inc. acts in these cases as an outsourced scheduler only. All flights are approved by and flown as a direct result of the approval of the owner or owner's designee. The Flight Department USA Inc. does not in any way have operational authority over any aircraft listed herein.
