Daily Fleet Management
This is our signature service. Our highly analytical and skilled team of schedulers will evaluate the dynamics of each private aviation trip you need to make. We then compare the benefits of utilizing a Guaranteed Asset against the benefits of utilizing a Value Asset, identifying the aircraft and services that best suit your needs. This analysis is the key to saving our clients 30% to 50% over alternative methods.
Outsourced scheduling office
We offer our fleet management services to individuals as well as small companies. The Flight Department acts as a dispatcher and scheduler for a few select companies, reserving flights, generating trip sheets, working with handling companies for the delivery of international trip information. We will even ensure that our clients are getting the best deal possible on jet fuel.
Fleet management is the core of The Flight Department's service offerings. We manage all of our customers' private air travel needs. We are the missing link that brings everything together.

The Flight Department LLC does not own or maintain aircraft. We are not a direct or indirect air carrier. All flights, either chartered or jet card programs, are offered by third-party Part 135 licensed air carriers. Consulting for and the scheduling of wholly owned or fractional aircraft are regulated by either Part 135, Part 91K or Part 91. The Flight Department LLC acts in these cases as an outsourced scheduler only. All flights are approved by and flown as a direct result of the approval of the owner or owner's designee. The Flight Department LLC does not in any way have operational authority over any aircraft listed herein.
