Once we understand your available private aviation assets, we then evaluate your goals and unique travel requirements. All flights, either chartered or jet card programs, are offered by third-party Part 135 licensed air carriers. Consulting for and the scheduling of wholly owned or fractional aircraft are regulated by either Part 135, Part 91K or Part 91. The Flight Department USA Inc. acts in these cases as an outsourced scheduler only. All flights are approved by and flown as a direct result of the approval of the owner or owner's designee. The Flight Department USA Inc. does not in any way have operational authority over any aircraft listed herein.
